Mr. Kibler began his working career as a 17-year-old private in the U.S. Army.  After some hard work, and a few lucky breaks, Mr. Kibler was sent back to school to receive his undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy at West Point.  He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant upon graduation and began his duties as an Armor Officer in the regular Army.

Some 14 years later, Mr. Kibler left active service and decided upon a career in law.  A bit older than his classmates, Mr. Kibler excelled in his studies and passed the Texas Bar in 2002.  Over the past two decades, he had worked in personal injury defense, auto/commercial/trucking accidents, slip and fall cases, dram shop litigation, premises liability claims, product liability suits, eminent domain, construction defects, real property disputes, toxic tort (asbestos and silicosis) defense, and even will contests.  He has tried more than 40 cases to a jury or the bench and obtained dismissal, verdicts, or favorable settlements for his clients in large, personal injury wrongful death claims with damage allegations of more than $10 million.
