Ms. Radley-Van Reenen was raised in Pasadena, California, by two Howard University graduates who became world renowned dentists. Before starting law school, her family was asked to host a fundraiser for the former United States president. This experience, amongst many others, solidified her interest in becoming a top-tier litigator.

Her multi-jurisdictional practice is in civil litigation, with a primary focus on insurance defense. She is a dynamic lawyer litigating high profile matters in state and federal court as well as arbitrations and mediations throughout the United States. Ms. Radley-Van Reenen uses aggressive discovery tactics, creative settlement structuring, organized case development, and client-focused litigious strategy to create a trial-ready case.

As a legal fellow in the Howard University Civil Rights Clinic as a law student, she wrote appellate briefs on employment-related disputes.  One of these briefs prevailed at the D.C. Court of Appeals in 2011. Ms. Radley-Van Reenen has interned for judges at the state and federal level.

In 2020, Ms. Radley-Van Reenen was recognized by the Tarrant County Bar Association as a Pro Bono Fellow. In 2021, Ms. Radley-Van Reenen served as the North Texas Liaison for the African American State Bar Committee of the State Bar of Texas.
