Most of Mr. Velasquez’s work focuses on initial stages of the litigation process involving the defense of major insurance carriers.
Mr. Velasquez has a charismatic, personable way about him that allows him to forge relationships and develop an understanding of others and their needs. His amicable personality serves him well when working with clients to devise the best strategy to obtain their desired case outcome.
When Mr. Velasquez sees an issue, his instinct is to assess various methods to reach a potential solution. When not litigating he enjoys attending sporting events and concerts. He is also an avid traveler, having traveled to 19 countries.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2016 from the University of Texas at Austin and received a Juris Doctor/Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law in 2021 from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He is a Member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association of Houston.
