With creative legal thinking and adaptability, Sara guides clients through every stage of high-stakes litigation, developing effective solutions for both every day and big-picture legal issues. Her practice includes commercial litigation, contract disputes, construction defect, premises liability, and first party defense.

Sara recognizes there is a lot more to trial work than being savvy, tactful, and aggressive – though all are imperative. Ultimately, navigating complex legal issues requires relatability and empathy. Sara is in the trenches with her clients (whether they are in-house counsel, executives, or individuals with legal issues). She provides legal counsel while employing her compassion and softer skills to deliver a less stressful, smoother litigation experience.

Sara began practicing as an attorney for a national advisory and consulting firm, delivering value-oriented benefits to mid-size companies. Her work concentrated on strategic counsel across varied industries to achieve business goals while minimizing risk within strict regulatory frameworks. Subsequently, Sara represented personal injury clients in cases involving premises liability, workplace accidents, products liability, and motor vehicle accidents while managing all aspects of litigation from intake to verdict or resolution.

Using the acumen obtained in these roles, she delivers sound and efficient legal solutions today. Sara’s diverse experience granted her an ability to explain complex issues in a relatable way. Sara enjoys defense practice as it enables her to serve as a protector, a guardian, and an advocate. Her practice is a fresh, forward-thinking, and multidimensional approach that aligns with obtaining the most favorable outcome for her clients.
